STUDENT STUDIO AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 2019 - A modern spacious studio which come inclusive of all utilities and broadband, only a short walk from the University campus.
This purpose built block has been finished to an exceptional standard, the rooms have been purpose built for students and are fitted with high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The block is looked after by the landlord who has been given outstanding reviews from the tenants of previous years.
Apollo House is situated on Looe Road, off Bonhay Rd and not far from St Davids station, its a short walk up to the Imperial Pub and from there both the main campus and city centre are only minutes away. There are 33 rooms in total, with a range of sizes and shapes, all rooms have their own kitchen and bathroom and come fitted out with a full set of furnishings. Each room has a double bed, large desk, wardrobe, sofa, dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with a kettle, toaster, microwave/oven, sink and an electric hob. The bathrooms are modern and spacious with a W.C, basin, storage and shower. Some rooms have their own private gardens or balconies.
The rooms each have wireless and hardwired broadband, TV and satellite connections for Freeview, Freesat or Sky (TV licence and subscription not included). There is a laundry room in the building with washing and drying facilities, 2 laundry tokens are provided per month and each room has its own heating controls.
To the rear of the property is a communal garden with picnic benches and a lawn. There is a secure bike store and a carpark. Parking spaces are available to rent for £30 per month (limited number available).
Rents start from approximately £140 per week and range to approximately £168 per week, depending on the apartment, discounts are available depending on the rent payment schedule - we will be happy to provide further details upon request.
Couples will be considered (price negotiation with the landlord applies).
Utilities & Services: Electric, Gas, Water & Sewerage Charges, Wireless and Wired Broadband, Communal Cleaning and Laundry Facilities (token allocation) are included in the rent. Telecoms Services are not included in the rent but each studio is hard wired with a telephone point for connection by the tenant if required. Tenants will be required to purchase their own TV Licence.
Council Tax: Students are responsible for their own council tax liability, however full time students receive a 100% discount from Exeter City Council.
Tenancy Restrictions/Preferences: Full time students only. No pets. No children. No smoking in the property.
