What is your refund policy?
Any Refunds for this payment are to be requested from Hellier Ridley Ltd directly. If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received and once it had been agreed by Hellier Ridley Ltd that a refund is due to you. A refund is not due to you if you have paid an application fee for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit and reference checks. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment, you will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.
