What is your refund policy?
Any Refunds for this payment are to be requested from Hellier Ridley Ltd and not through Worldpay. If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it had been agreed by Hellier Ridley Ltd that a refund is due to you. A refund is not due to you if you have paid an application fee for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit and reference checks. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by Hellier Ridley Ltd but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.
Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.
