We pride ourselves on our personal approach to dealing with both our Landlords and Tenants, we don't operate a 9-5 policy, you will have our direct email addresses and mobile phone numbers and you are welcome to contact us at the drop of a hat. We have designed many of our internal processes to be as efficient as possible, giving us the maximum amount of time to devote to your property, whether that be finding you a tenant or buyer, or managing a tenancy.
Modern Technology - Complementing our stance on offering the best possible service is our openness to using modern technologies to enhance the service we provide. We feel that it is important to keep up to date with modern ways of communicating as it allows us to connect with our Landlords and Tenants in the most efficient way.

Online Landlord Portal
All Landlords will be issued with a secure online portal to which they can login and view all sorts of useful information on their properties, they can view details of any viewings (with our feedback notes), they can see the progress of any maintenance issues, they can even access all of their financial data including monthly statements etc.
Online Applicant Portal
All applicants can log in and view their property matches, they can select their requirements and are then automatically matched to any available properties.
Means of communication
Tenants and Landlords can contact us via Facebook and Twitter, we have Whatsapp groups for all our tenancies meaning easy correspondence between us and the tenants, and we have shared Dropbox folders for our Landlords where all of the important documentation is stored including Tenancy Agreements and gas safety certificates etc.
By making the most of the modern technologies above, we are able to operate our business from anywhere. Our software is cloud based meaning we can work from any internet-connected computer or even an iPad! Our landline phone system is also mobile meaning you can get hold of us whether we are in the office or out and about. We are always connected.
Due to our lower overheads and the increased level of service that we will offer compared to the average agent we feel that we represent the best value-for-money service out there.

Our office is located on New North Road, opposite the Imperial Pub. It’s set in a beautifully restored Georgian building, we have kept the look traditional with our modern twist.
It’s a comfortable and relaxed environment for us to meet with our clients and the location allows us good exposure to passing foot traffic from the university as well as the busy stream of traffic on the road.

Tenant Information and Fees
We try to keep everything as transparent as possible. We have no hidden fees and we make sure everything is explained clearly upfront.
To apply for any of our properties we charge the following:
- Single residential applicant - £150
- Residential couple - £250
- Student applicant - £125
All fees are inclusive of VAT. We do not charge anything extra either before, during or at the end of the tenancy. There are no additional guarantor fees, credit check fees, check in/out fees or tenancy extension fees. Please note that if you apply for a property and subsequently pull out or fail the referencing process we reserve the right to keep the application fee.
